Provides the tips and tools to face daily challenges by reminding staff of their unique talent for which they were hired. We help each member re-center, recharge and regain focus and energy.
Successful hiring is based on individual strengths and skills. We believe the unique attributes a candidate brings to the table should be recognized and utilized throughout the employee’s tenure — especially during challenging and changing times.  

Seminars

Provides invaluable guidance on how to authentically appreciate employees work efforts on a consistent basis. 

• Take notice when someone begins a job. Explore how and under what conditions they work best.

• Touch base with team members. Ask about challenges that may be affecting their work output.

• Take the time to recognize and acknowledge the positives. Be sure to offer support for the negatives.

Dialogue

Teaches techniques on how to develop and coach a team. We provide feedback on your group dynamics, including recommendations on ways to strengthen that dynamic. These sessions help build trust amongst the team and break the barriers that impede and impact productivity.
