Our mission, and our passion…
…is to bring the human connection back to the workplace. Human connection is vital for us to be our most productive selves. When employee engagement and interaction are lacking, burnout runs rampant. Staff turnover becomes unavoidable.
As professional social workers, we are tasked with helping our clients find their voices and speak up. Now we’re bringing our experience into the workplace, helping companies do the same for their staff.
We believe that it’s imperative for employees to feel heard, have the space to express themselves openly and honestly, and process day-to-day pressures in a healthy and constructive manner.

Workers' daily stress reached a record high, increasing from 38% in 2019 to 43% in 2020
